We are doing our best to dispatch each delivery as soon as possible. We normally pack and ship orders within 48 (business) hours from the time of receiving payment. After dispatch of your order you will receive a tracking number of package.
FedEx Express w/ tracking number (delivery time 2-4 days everywhere in the US)
GLS courier service w/ tracking number (delivery time 2-4 days)
Rest of the world
Standard priority airmail package w/ tracking number (delivery time 10-25 days)
Finland, Norway, Sweden, Malta, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain

From time to time there might be a situation like natural disasters and calamities which can affect the delivery process. We will contact you if your order is delayed due to these reasons.
If the goods are in stock (indicated by the green icon okay) it is known that the goods is in the stock. Some products are in stock at the manufacturer - these items will be shipped within 1-2 week - unless stated otherwise in the product description. In case of a longer term we will inform you.
We use for the transport of goods only GLS courier service, FedEx or standard priority airmail (delivery via postal service of your country)
The price of postage depends on the weight of the goods (according to the current price list of carriers). Price of postage is listed in shopping basket after inserting product (in the lower left corner). If you delete or add a product, always click to the refresh button.
Customs fees are paid by the recipient / customer (see General Terms and Conditions)
To avoid problems make sure that ordered goods is legal in your country and does not violate laws of your country.
At Czech-Holsters we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Of course, we understand that.
In case you ask return or exchange, please contact us throught firstname.lastname@example.org. Please return the item to the adress, which you can find at the very top of the web site (contact information), wrapped and in resellable condition along with a note of your name, adress and that your require a refund or exchance of the item price. All refunds or exchances are pocessed within 5 working days of receipt.
